Autopay Terms and Conditions

I (We) hereby authorize Strat Security to charge my (our) checking / savings / credit account the Recurring Monthly Payment Amount and, if necessary, to make any pro-rated and/or correcting adjustments to such account.

I (We) agree that each charge shall be the same as if it were a check or withdrawal personally signed and authorized by me (us), including applicable provisions for any return item charges.

This automatic payment will only include recurring invoices, billed in a monthly / quarterly / semi-annual / annual frequency. This automatic payment does not include any other invoices the customer may receive for other services. If the customer receives invoices from Strat Security Systems for other services, they are responsible for authorizing the charge on a credit card, or paying those invoices with an alternate method of payment.

If the customer wishes to cancel this service, an original letter must be written to Strat Security Systems requesting the cancel no later than 30 days before the next recurring invoice. Any monitoring invoices received thereafter must be paid with an alternate method of payment.

Automatic payment will start when this document is received along with entire contract at the office of Strat Security Systems, located at 1826 E. Joppa Road, Baltimore, Maryland 21234. This will continue until such time that the customer cancels the automatic payment.
